These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the legal relationship between Calypso Investments s.r.o., with its registered office at Učiteľská 30, 821 06 Bratislava – mestská časť Podunajské Biskupice, Company ID: 56637012, VAT ID: SK2122381250, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sro, Insert No. 183292/B (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), and customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

Scope of the Terms
• The Seller supplies special equipment and accessories according to the Buyer’s individual requirements.
• Delivery terms, price, delivery time, and payment method are always agreed individually and confirmed in a written order or contract.

Prices and Payment Terms
• Prices are agreed individually depending on the specification and availability of the goods.
• Payment may be made as a deposit or in full, depending on the agreement between the parties.

Delivery of Goods
• Delivery terms (including Incoterms) are determined individually for each order.
• The risk of damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer upon acceptance or as per the agreed delivery terms.

Liability
• The Seller is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control.

Governing Law
• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
